Polyaspartic flooring elastic middle coat-ASP1260 is a two-component coating system cured by a combination of aspartate ester resin and aliphatic isocyanate resin. It is mainly designed as a mid-coat material for parking lot and heavy-duty industrial floor, it serves to level the base and provide the entire coating system with good resistance to cracking, impact, and heavy pressure.

APPLICATION LAYERS

  • ASP1375P Clear Wear Resistant Polyaspartic (0.1mm): A top layer for protection against wear and UV rays.

  • ASP100 Polyaspartic middle coat (0.15-0.2mm): This middle layer bonds with the flakes and supports the top layer, adding to the floor's durability.

  • ASP1260 Polyaspartic Sanded Coat (0.6-0.8mm): This layer adds thickness and impact resistance to the floor.

    EPR3101 Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer (0.15-0.2mm): A base layer that ensures strong adhesion to the concrete.

  • Concrete: The foundational layer of the flooring system.
