Fast Drying High Penetration Epoxy Primer - EPR3304-010 is a fast-acting epoxy primer formulated with a mix of epoxy resin, select additives, and minimal solvents. The curing component is primarily made of polyetheramine, complemented by a small proportion of aromatic amine and solvents for enhanced performance.


MAIN FEATURES

APPLICATION LAYERS

  • ASP1475 Clear Wear Resistant Polyaspartic (0.1mm): This is the top layer providing a clear, wear-resistant finish that protects against abrasion and scratches.

  • ASP100 Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat (0.3mm): A slightly thicker layer beneath the very top, it adds additional protection and gives the floor a clear, glossy finish.

  • Flake or Quartz: This decorative layer adds aesthetic appeal with colored flakes or quartz embedded into the coating, providing a textured look and additional grip.

  • ASP100 Polyaspartic Middle Coat (0.15-0.2mm): This intermediate layer acts as a binder for the flakes or quartz and contributes to the overall thickness and durability of the coating.

  • EPR3304-010 Fast Drying High Penetration Epoxy Primer (0.15-0.2mm): The primer layer right above the concrete, it seals the substrate and ensures better adhesion of the subsequent layers to the concrete.

  • Concrete: The foundational layer upon which the entire flooring system is built. It provides the structural support needed for the applied coatings.

APPLICATION SCENARIOS

Fast Drying High Penetration Epoxy Primer - EPR3304-010 is mainly used in the sealed construction of concrete substrates, making it ideal for preparing floors and other concrete surfaces before applying the final coatings, such as: Industrial Flooring, Warehouse Floors, Garage and Parking Area Floors, Commercial Building Interiors, Factory and Workshop Floors, Hospital and School Flooring Systems,etc.
