Solvent Free Epoxy Primer - EPR3104 is a two-component epoxy primer, which is made up of E51 epoxy resin combined with a specially modified aromatic amine and aliphatic amine curing agent, tailored for optimal performance. It is specifically formulated for concrete base surfaces where solvent volatilization needs to be minimized.

APPLICATION LAYERS
ASP1475 Clear Wear Resistant Polyaspartic (0.1mm): This is the top layer providing a clear, wear-resistant finish that protects against abrasion and scratches.
ASP100 Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat (0.3mm): A slightly thicker layer beneath the very top, it adds additional protection and gives the floor a clear, glossy finish.
Flake or Quartz: This decorative layer adds aesthetic appeal with colored flakes or quartz embedded into the coating, providing a textured look and additional grip.
EPR3204 Epoxy Intermediate Coat (0.15-0.2mm): This intermediate layer acts as a binder for the flakes or quartz and contributes to the overall thickness and durability of the coating.
EPR3104 Solvent Free Epoxy Primer (0.15-0.2mm): The primer layer right above the concrete, it seals the substrate and ensures better adhesion of the subsequent layers to the concrete.
Concrete: The foundational layer upon which the entire flooring system is built. It provides the structural support needed for the applied coatings.
