PERFLEX
Solvent Free Epoxy Primer - EPR3101 is a two-component epoxy primer, comprising E51 epoxy resin and a curing agent that includes modified aromatic amine and aliphatic amine. This combination creates a potent, reliable primer for various applications.

APPLICATION LAYERS
ASP1475 Clear Wear Resistant Polyaspartic (0.1mm): This is the top layer providing a clear, wear-resistant finish that protects against abrasion and scratches.
ASP100 Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat (0.3mm): A slightly thicker layer beneath the very top, it adds additional protection and gives the floor a clear, glossy finish.
Flake or Quartz: This decorative layer adds aesthetic appeal with colored flakes or quartz embedded into the coating, providing a textured look and additional grip.
ASP100 Polyaspartic Middle Coat (0.15-0.2mm): This intermediate layer acts as a binder for the flakes or quartz and contributes to the overall thickness and durability of the coating.
EPR3101 Solvent Free Epoxy Primer (0.15-0.2mm): The primer layer right above the concrete, it seals the substrate and ensures better adhesion of the subsequent layers to the concrete.
Concrete: The foundational layer upon which the entire flooring system is built. It provides the structural support needed for the applied coatings.
APPLICATION SCENARIOS
Solvent Free Epoxy Primer - EPR3101 is primarily used on concrete substrates. It's ideal as a sealer primer for floor coatings, offering a strong foundation for subsequent layers in settings like industrial floors, warehouses, garages, and any area where a robust, eco-friendly primer is needed.
