Solvent-Free Self-leveling Epoxy Intermediate Coat - EPR3204 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating, crafted with an advanced epoxy resin and a modified aromatic and aliphatic amine curing agent. This formula is designed for excellent performance as an intermediate layer. It effectively levels the base surface and enhances the overall stress resistance of the flooring system.


MAIN FEATURES

APPLICATION LAYERS

  • ASP1475 Clear Wear Resistant Polyaspartic (0.1mm): This is the top layer providing a clear, wear-resistant finish that protects against abrasion and scratches.

  • ASP100 Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat (0.3mm): A slightly thicker layer beneath the very top, it adds additional protection and gives the floor a clear, glossy finish.

  • Flake or Quartz: This decorative layer adds aesthetic appeal with colored flakes or quartz embedded into the coating, providing a textured look and additional grip.

  • ERP3204 Solvent-Free Epoxy Self-Leveling Intermediate Coat (0.15-0.2mm): This intermediate layer acts as a binder for the flakes or quartz and contributes to the overall thickness and durability of the coating.

  • EPR3104 Solvent Free Epoxy Primer (0.15-0.2mm): The primer layer right above the concrete, it seals the substrate and ensures better adhesion of the subsequent layers to the concrete.

  • Concrete: The foundational layer upon which the entire flooring system is built. It provides the structural support needed for the applied coatings.
